I feel competent to consult around

• distributed and asynchronous collaboration and team leadership,
• design, operation and effective use of learning management systems and documentation platforms,
• use of open source technologies.

In these areas, I have nearly 2 decades of experience as an individual contributor, manager, and founder in international companies that were and are closely connected to the open source community.

I am currently on a contract, and am therefore not currently available for extended consulting project work.

However, consultancy projects of a few days — possibly based on the content of one of my workshops — may be feasible, given sufficient lead time.

Day rate

My standard daily rate for consulting work is € 1,800 exclusive of applicable taxes. Travel, accommodation and other expenses will be charged separately.
